Shipping Policy:

• Order Processing: All orders placed before 3:00 PM (IST) on a business day will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (IST) will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
• Delivery Time:
  • Mumbai: Shipped and delivered the same day.
  • Tier 1 & tier 2 Cities: 1-2 business days.
  • Rest of India: 3-5 business days.
    
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Return Policy:

• Return Window: We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within this period for a refund or exchange.
• Eligibility: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
